Cool my father was air traffic control for airplane in the airport and control center I got to see the pilot show me how fly an airplane from Warsaw Poland back home Chicago Illinois got to see the oceans and lands plus the beautiful clouds the route airplane flying threw different countries. I cherish my memory forever and visited New York City back in 1998.

Such an awesome video! I am a huge fan of Metra it’s not even funny. I can tell you so much about the railroad. I even know every stop on 10 of the 11 lines. Seeing an engineer at the controls is very cool. It gives you insight as to what it takes to operate a locomotive

The property is in better shape than when the rock island had it, but the rock made deferred maintaince a way of life. Had the rock kept up on maintaince and the merger with the union pacific went through the rock would still be here today.
